OPEN XLS|WORD|POWERPOINT FILES & OTHER MS OFFICE FILES SIMULTANEOUSLY WINDOWS AND MACINTOSH Open several files at once in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or other MS Office program. You figure that you’ll have to open one file at a time. So you perform a series of mouse clicks on FILE/OPEN/(click the desired file) and then the OPEN button to display each file in turn. Is there a better way? Yes. Display the OPEN file dialog box in your usual manner. Select several consecutive files by holding down the SHIFT key [Windows and Macintosh] while clicking the first and then the last file in the group you want to select. For example, select the hypothetical files named Adams through Cook. To select nonconsecutive files, hold down the CTRL [Windows] or COMMAND [Macintosh] key as you click the different filenames. When you click the OPEN button ALL of the selected files will display. Shazam! This tip will work on many non-Microsoft products as well. Give it a try and more efficiently open Word, Excel and PowerPoint MS Office XP Files. To contact us: info@tweakspeed.com All rights reserved.
